For over 100 years Rockland Lodge #1008 has been a chartered member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks (BPOE). The Order was founded on the principles of Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity. Rockland #1008 has been a loyal representative of the Order throughout the midcoast region of Maine.
Rockland Lodge #1008 along with 21 other member lodges in the state of Maine have provided many charitable works to their communities via programs, scholarships, and grants to various individuals and organizations.
